30-Day Return Policy We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility Items must be in the same condition that you received them — unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
Supplier-Fulfilled Products Some products in our store ship directly from our brand partners. Returns for these items are coordinated through Lumex Flashlights — contact us first at support@lumexflashlights.com and we'll handle the process with the supplier on your behalf.
Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item and, once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period If your order is shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
