Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. We currently ship within the United States only. We hope to expand to additional countries in the future — stay tuned!

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Standard Shipping typically takes 5–8 business days once shipped.

Is shipping free?

Yes! Standard Shipping is free on all US orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $5.95.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package directly through the carrier's website.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unused condition. Contact us at support@lumexflashlights.com to start a return.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. All products sold by Lumex Flashlights include the manufacturer's warranty from Powertac, COAST, or the respective brand. As an authorized dealer, we support all warranty claims — contact us and we'll take care of it.

What if my order arrives damaged or is lost?

Please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@lumexflashlights.com and we'll make it right.

100%. Lumex Flashlights is an authorized dealer of Powertac and COAST. Every product is sourced directly from the manufacturer — no gray market, no counterfeits.

Do you hand-test your products?

Yes. Our team personally tests and evaluates the flashlights we carry so we can stand behind every product we sell.

What brands do you carry?

We currently carry Powertac and COAST — two of the most trusted names in tactical and professional lighting.
